and a 15-20 minute discussion with a presentation of solutions as appropriate.
Obviously each customer's needs are different so we may set a follow up appointment
to discuss our findings. Often, in the case of a multi-location client, we will
visit each site to clarify its individual needs.

Sometimes you just need a friend to tell you not to buy that shirt. Our clients will often use our technology
knowledge as an "expert witness" before they invest thousands of dollars. Because our time is being compensated
per project we act as voice of reason, be it good, bad, or ugly. Most of our existing communication clients
enjoy this service complimentary and in the rare occasions we do need to be additionally compensated for our
time, we generally offer a flat rate service depending on the size and expected role needed.
